How do I track my cycle in Synca?

Open the app and tap the check-in button to log your period start date, symptoms, mood, and energy levels. Synca uses this data along with Apple Health information (if enabled) to provide personalised insights.

How do I connect Apple Health?

Go to Settings in the Synca app and tap "Connect Apple Health." You'll be prompted to grant permission for the specific health data types Synca can read. You can manage these permissions anytime in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Health → Synca.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Synca subscriptions are managed through the App Store. To cancel, go to iOS Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions → Synca, then tap "Cancel Subscription." Your premium access will continue until the end of your current billing period.

How do I delete my account and data?

You can delete your account by going to Settings in the app and tapping "Delete Account." This will permanently remove all your personal data within 30 days. This action cannot be undone.

Is my health data secure?
