These Terms of Service govern your use of the Synca mobile application including all services provided through the app and the Synca website.
By downloading, installing, or using Synca, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use Synca.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Synca.
If you are under 18, you represent that you have your parent or guardian's permission to use the app.
SYNCA IS NOT A MEDICAL DEVICE AND DOES NOT PROVIDE MEDICAL ADVICE.
YOU EXPRESSLY ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT USE OF SYNCA IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK.
Synca is designed to provide productivity management based around your menstrual cycle. The app collects data related to your cycle and provides personalised, AI-powered productivity management recommendations based on this data.

Synca is a self-management app. Any recommendations made by the app are based on the data you choose to provide and general patterns, not medical analysis.
Synca stores your data both locally on your device and securely on our servers to enable features like cross-device sync and AI-powered insights.

Synca and its contents, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, software, and audio, are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may not:
Synca offers auto-renewable subscription plans, including monthly and yearly options. Current pricing is displayed in the app at the time of purchase and may vary by country or region.
The yearly plan includes a free trial period. During the trial, you have full access to all Synca features at no cost. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically begin and you will be charged the applicable yearly price. The free trial is available once per Apple ID. Any unused portion of the free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase, or at the end of a free trial period if applicable. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. The renewal charge will be the same as the original subscription price unless we notify you of a price change in advance.
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your device's Settings, then tap your name, then Subscriptions. Cancelling your subscription will stop future charges but you will retain access to premium features until the end of your current billing period. Synca does not process payments directly. All transactions are handled by Apple through the App Store.
No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods. If you believe you are entitled to a refund, you may request one directly from Apple at https://support.apple.com.
We reserve the right to change subscription pricing. If we do, Apple will notify you in advance and any price change will only take effect at the start of your next billing period. You will have the option to cancel before the new price applies.
This app is distributed through the Apple App Store. You acknowledge that:

Synca is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
Synca is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:
You may stop using Synca at any time by deleting the app from your device.
To delete your data, use the "Delete Account" feature in the app's Settings before uninstalling.
We may suspend or terminate your access at our discretion if you violate these Terms, we are required to do so by law, or we discontinue the service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date and notify you via the app or email for material changes.
Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree with updated Terms, please stop using Synca and delete the app.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to conflict of law principles.
For users in the European Union, you may also be entitled to bring claims in your country of residence.
